Ministry Season 2026-2027

Ministry groups are about to begin their new season!

We would love for you to be a part of our ministries at Hope this fall! There is an option for everyone, from GEMS and Cadets, youth, college & careers, women's and men's ministry, and 65+ - we would love to invite you to be a part of this wonderful faith community.

Hope's 75th Anniverary Celebration

Saturday, October 3 & Sunday, October 4

Save the dates - Hope will be celebrating its 75th anniversary on the 3rd and 4th of October and we could love to have you partcipate in the festivities!

A social evening will occur on the Saturday evening and on Sunday morning, a celebratory morning church service will occur.

More information will be provided in upcoming weeks.

Youth Evening Service

Mark your calendars for a super fun youth service!

All surrounding church's youth groups are invited - we would love to have you worship with us!

Following the service, the youth and youth leaders are invited to stay for some sweet treats, cold drinks, cornhole, and ultimate frisbee.

July Church Potluck

July 19th after the morning service

Mark your calendars for another church potluck! This potluck's theme will be 'a picnic potluck 🍓 ' - but it will be indoors! Be sure to bring your favourite picnic foods such as mini sandwiches, a salad, assortment of fruit, or a sweet treat!

We are also in need of 7-8 volunteers in order for this to occur! If you are available and willing to serve with set up or clean up, please email ministry.coordinator@hopecrc.ca.

Cadet Car Wash

Get ready to shine! We are thrilled to host our upcoming Cadet Car Wash Fundraiser! Join us on Saturday, June 20th for a sparkling clean car in support of a great cause. Donations are greatly appreciated.

City Wide Food Drive

We are so excited for our annual Food Drive! We look forward to joining together with all the volunteers and organizers who are helping to provide food to those in need within Brantford.

Mission Trip BBQ and Game Fundraiser

You're Invited: Mission Trip Family Fun Day & Auction!

Join us outdoors on Saturday, June 6th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM for an action-packed community fundraiser supporting our upcoming mission trip. Bring the whole family to enjoy something for every age:

Fun & Games: Adult and kids activities, face painting, and competitive games with fantastic prizes!

Tasty Eats: Fresh BBQ, freshly popped popcorn, and delicious sweet treats.

Annual Online Auction: Browse and bid online starting Monday, June 1st, right through Saturday, June 6th. All auction items can be viewed online (https://hopeyouthauction.auctria.events) and winners can pick up their items at the fundraiser!

Kub Car Race & BBQ

Start your engines! Come out to support the Cadets and their upcoming Cadet Camporee trip in Kamp Longview, AB!

The 2nd Tri-Annual Community Kub Car Race & BBQ. Join us for an exciting evening of community, competition and delicious food! The Hope Cadets are hosting this to raise funds for the 2026 Cadet International Camporee being held at Kamp Longview in Alberta. This event will be held on Saturday, May 23rd at 5:00 p.m. at Hope CRC. This will be a fast-paced kub car racing, a fantastic BBQ and family fun. Get ready to race!

Cub car kits are now available to purchase from our cadets for $25.00 each. Build your own custom car and compete in the race or show car competition. Kits include everything needed to get on the track.

2026 Garden Plots

Do you love gardening and are in need of a space to do what you love?

With the coming of spring and longing to be outdoors, there is the opportunity for community garden plots! We provide a free of charge 10x10-foot plot and access to a water faucet, you keep it in good order and do the rest!

Join us this Sunday for worship and stay after the service to enjoy a delicious family roots potluck! Bring along your favourite dish from your childhood or something your family currently loves to share.

Cadet Camporee Fundraiser

Saturday April 18th, 2026

Save the date for Saturday, April 18th beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Hope CRC. We will have 3 game tournaments:

Euchre: all ages welcome

Settlers of Catan: ages 12 & up

Exploding Kittens: ages 7 & up.

The entry cost is: Adults (18+) $25.00 Students & Ages 18 & under: $10.00.

Need refreshments to get you through the evening? The cadets will have that covered with drinks and snacks available for purchase. We look forward to seeing everyone there to support your cadet club!

Thrive Training

New Years Eve

Join us on for our annual outdoor New Years Eve service from 5:30-7pm! We will be enjoying a variety of delicious foods, gathering around bonfires, singing Christmas worship songs, and closing the year off together.
